Hello, I'm Uğur AKÇIL
I lead engineering execution and technology decisions where architecture, scalability, and risk actually matter. I design and operate AI-ready, security-first systems, and set the standards that keep platforms reliable in production.
My work focuses on high-availability platforms, CI/CD and cloud-native delivery, and integrating AI/ML workloads into real production pipelines. I also act as the final technical authority on architecture, scalability, and risk decisions when stakes are high.
I work with teams and organizations across Europe and Turkiye, helping them build resilient foundations and ship systems that survive real traffic.
